I honor and celebrate different cities by painting their unique energy and character — what I see as special about them — based on my memories and personal experiences there, or based on the idea of them, even if I haven’t been there.
I think it is special and significant that we all have places that hold a special meaning to us, whether it is the town we grew up in, a cherished vacation spot….or somewhere we call “home.” I also love how travel enables us to explore different cultures, create memories with loved ones and new friends…. and, ultimately, evolve as individuals.
